      Pros

      you get to participate to making games with only your linguistic skills so If you're enclined to fix small details it's the perfect job

      Kontras

      the shifts are 100% random. Sometimes I don't have any work for days because it works through project, if there's nothing you simply don't work and thus you lose you pay, it's quite frustrating as you need to stay available as something may come up for the next day.

      Very fun and relaxed work environment. Could enjoy yourself while working on games.

      Work weeks are iffy depending on progression of projects, so could have multiple weeks with no work.

      Some of the best and most caring people in office, management is understanding and HR is super nice

      Kontras

      Pay is $8/hr starting, offices are cramped with no privacy and the top company leadership clearly does not give a single thought to how they effect their employees with their decision making
