Because they commit to client crazy timelines. Because the company motto is "WOW thy clients", which means all they care is how they will look good on clients. But the core team suffers. - This is not a company where you can learn new things because they don't want to upgrade to a much more modern technology. All you will do is fix their bugs from a crappy app. - As a foreign employee they dont give any healthcare benefits, but they will consume you health on crazy tasks. - CEO is arrogant and always wants the credit. He always wants to be praised. Thats why other employee s*cks up on him. - The real reason the employees are leaving is because of the arrogant CEO who will treat you as if they own you. - This is not a company for laid back work culture. You will work remotely yes, but if they don't see any result from you, then they will judge you are not working. - Be mindful of your contract before signing up. They'll hold you on your neck!
