Pros
The pod and task leads are positive people who want to create a positive, healthy culture, so day to day, you're working with good people. Also, you're remote, so when there is down time, you can do a quick chore or two.
Kontras
We are a subsection of the larger corporation, and there is no transparency or even real communications with leadership above your pod lead or project owner. This becomes a problem when you realize there's no clear path for advancement and no obvious way to inquire about it. The only "advancement" they offer is more responsibility for the same pay, which is not reasonable.
