1. GlobalLogic lacks in good projects and mostly projects use outdated technologies. 2. No retain policy for hardworking and dedicated employees. they prefer to degrade project than to retain the employee and hence the reputation. 3. When they have resource available on bench, they still prefer to hire from outside. 4. Employee with experience more than 6 years is working like they are 3 years experienced. 5. People from very good technical background get rust and degraded. eg: If you are Dev, you will exit from GlobalLogic as a QA. 6. They die for cost cutting. Removed water bottle facilities, Stopped Annual Parties, badly impacted appraisals. 7. No on-site for eligible candidates instead favouritism still exist in globallogic, no matter how technically bad the employee is. 8. There still exists bureaucracy, and very old style management. 9. Only technical teams works as per SLA's. But the support teams, there is no SLA for them. 10. In most of the projects work from home option is only for Band 3. They take it and never give. 11. Most of the times need to extend due to unwanted work at the last minute.
