promotion is never based on talent, due that culture is judgemental about your title and not open minded to listen if your title is less than them, they treat you poorly, where all that the higher management does is to play the old telephone game, that is flywheel in wrong direction. The cherry on top is overtime without pay in the name of remote. If you feel stressed, or suddenly start eating outside more, sleepless, burnout, constantly feeling this urge to pay bills, fear of job loss and hate this mess.
