Ineffective communications in meetings. It is a 'melting pot' with no defined working culture. Everyone brings in his/her previous company working culture that created conflicts. Too many meetings. HR care less about employee's concerns or complaints Department ran by inexperienced managers who practiced favoritism & nepotism. Bullying and harassment in public. Discrimination in my department.
