The money isn't bad for what is expected of you and I haven't ever seen anybody loose their job for poor performance, so I guess job security it quite good
Kontras
No profit sharing schemes, no personal development (people just do the same thing year after year), the most terrible shift system ever created by mankind, and raises and bonuses are not based on personal performance but rather company performance.
