One of the best pros to working for this company is the people below upper management. The people that they hire to do the day in/day out work are some of the best in the business. They are intelligent, caring, passionate and friendly. You feel good about working with them. Please remember though that this pro is related directly to people NOT in upper management.

There is not enough time or space on this page to list all of the cons. How this company survives will forever be a mystery. Let’s start with the CEO. He is an arrogant, greedy, morally corrupt, micromanaging, dictator. He can never be wrong and expects you to be able to read his mind. He overseas every tiny detail because he believes that he can do it better and/or believes that someone is trying to cheat the company some how. From the color on presentations, the exact wording on marketing material, flight and hotel arraignments for travelling employees, how an evacuation is performed, to how loud the team claps at an event. Everything is done in the cheapest possible way and piecemealed together, including your benefits. His family is in the upper echelon of the company and they make decisions only for the good of the Richards family. Your quality of life, satisfaction, morale, and ability to do your job do not matter to him/them. He will consistently find the loopholes in how to pay for evacuations for clients. There is something wrong when the company says, “we saves lives”, but then asks credit card number – just in case. HR (HCM) is the puppet to the CEO. They thrive off of gossip and lies. They will lie to your face to get you to join the company, they will constantly “observe” your behavior to see if you are smiling in meetings or diligently working at your desk, and they will punish without any proof. This company is a sinking ship. In addition to having to deal with the horrible upper management, the CEO, and HCM; you will also have to compete with the two new money making schemes the company just initiated: a multi-level marketing campaign (please read pyramid scheme) and telemedicine program. Both are money grabs, which will also grab at your moral ethics. This company is a sinking ship – you would be safer on the Titanic.
