Pros
I really don't have much to say here. You do have great co-workers. But people are leaving daily. There's a nice lake to walk around at lunchtime so you can get through the rest of the day.
Kontras
Culture is stuck in the past. Needs to embrace mobility and flexibility a bit more. From directors to the CEO the feeling is they could care less about the employees. Most are cold and unapproachable. CEO is extremely crude. Other companies in this area beat us hands down in culture, work spaces and work-life balance flexibility. Get with the times or you'll lose a lot of good people. No opportunity for bonuses or any sort of incentives to work harder. Even a chance to earn extra PTO time would be nice. Since you almost have to take PTO to go to the bathroom. More and more work is piled on until people break. Morale stinks on every team I've encountered. No one feels appreciated, or that their ideas matter or are valued.
