Many incentives for meeting quotas like 2-3 company paid trips annually to places such as Ireland, Cancun, San Diego, Virgin Islands, etc.

Being new in the field, must put in long hours to be successful during your 1st year (~50-55 per week). Micro-management is helpful in getting sales numbers up but some can find it overbearing. Sometimes "guerilla sales" tactics are used, which is commonplace in the copier/printing industry.
