Pros
Once you are in the system, you are in. This means it is really easy to jump the queue from sales assistant to store manager or other roles, as well as to change stores or work at multiple locations.
Kontras
Management is fine. Once you’re stuck with a bad store manager though, you are stuck until they move to a different role or leave the company. Depending on where you work - the work environment can differ. Some stores being an absolute nightmare to work at because of the lack of communication.
