Pros
A completely remote company pre-COVID, this workplace had already worked out a lot of the kinks with having a remote workforce. I will say I felt very welcomed and supported until I was not.

There wasn't a firm employee handbook but "in the works" and wasn't going to be given out unless requested regardless.. I found that quite an odd statement. There was little communication when I was locked out of accounts and terminated but not informed of such until several days later, in which I was given a very vague reason, but no one could or would provide me with a definitive example of what I did to justify their reasoning. They talk a lot about company culture of inclusion and supportive in nature, but I was left in confusion and with no answers to what I could improve, so that left a very sour taste in my mouth.
