Pros

Dogs might be allowed in the office! The CEO and manager are decent people outside of the office- fun to talk to, have great stories, are hospitable. When I quit after a month, I was congratulated on my new position and was wished the best of luck.

Kontras

I was quoted two different salaries by two different people. In my interview with the CEO, she hung up on me. In my interview with the manager, she was 15 minutes late and ended the conversation early. In the offer conversation, I emailed them a question and was never answered. Orientation was incredibly disorganized and brutal. The CEO would say one thing and the manager would say something different. The CEO also spoke poorly of the manager's lack of experience behind the manager's back. They both would talk poorly of previous employees. I ended up doing a lot of the tech set up for the new team and felt that was unfair to expect of a new team member themselves. The position itself is stressful since it is sales and the bar is set high, but the CEO and manager are cold towards requested feedback. They routinely made team members cry and boosted some team members undeservingly. The office was also under construction and we all got sick, but since healthcare isn't available for three months, we were told in no shortage of words to suck it up. On a personal and minuscule note, there was no in-house coffee and the CEO and manager avoided eye contact with me as if I would turn them to stone.

Pros

Working here has been a great experience overall. The team is supportive, collaborative, and contributes to a very positive workplace culture. It’s a place where you feel valued and encouraged to succeed. The compensation package is fair, and I would definitely recommend this position to a friend, especially for someone familiar with the industry.

Kontras

At times, the KPI expectations can be challenging and may feel demanding depending on workload and market conditions. Having prior industry knowledge definitely helps with adapting quickly and meeting performance goals.

There are not many cons. Remote work is not for everyone, and we get limited face-to-face time with our amazing team. However, leadership does a great job creating opportunities for us to connect with social happy hours, etc. to make up for it!
