Like they say « you don’t leave a company, you leave your manager ». Very poor management culture. People burning out in every team, sometimes multiple times. managers too scared to disagree with their leaders. This company is ruined by their toxic VPs (mandatory meetings on Sunday, late evening phone call). mid level manager with no leading skills, only hiding problems and trying to cover their interests.
