Because everyone’s background is so diverse, you can find someone with similar interests to yours. They offer a competitive pay and standard benefits for the industry.

If you’re not good at communicating boundaries or setting expectations, it can get pretty easy to drown in work and stress. Work life balance can also take a toll after the second year of employment. Bonuses are determined seemingly arbitrarily. Also, if you don’t have extrovert skills, it can be hard to integrate yourself in already close knit cliques.
