Stuck in the dark ages of manual paper trails and tedious copy and pasting of excel spreadsheets , management feel because that have worked in the industry for so long that they don't need to listen to the ideas of any of their underlings. It's all authority and no competency Watched a number of decent people leave due to the lack of process and governance progression the company was making, lots of unregulated and processless project management, which makes delivery difficult. The icing on the cake is that after these people left, at the company "stand up" the head of project management was swearing and blurting abuse about these people to a few hundred staff members like an undisciplined child. Line managers are lazy and rely on their subordinates to pick up the slack, Horrible employer , complete and utter mess
