Pros
Being a startup, the opportunities are great. These opportunities in multiple domains help one to grow professionally. There is a lot of pressure, but this is good for freshers and people with less experience as it helps them to learn new things and perform under pressure that will benefit them in the future. There is ample international exposure if you're willing to grab. A great chance to experience the multicultural work environment. The pay is also kind of better than most startups.
Kontras
A great deal of mismanagement. The cultural differences between Indian employees and Chinese management are disheartening. The leave policy, salary structure, increment policy and so on are all mismanaged and seldom explained to the employees. One would have to spend a lot of time and make many efforts to get to understand these. Many good employees have left the organisation due to the issues lingering.
