The hours can seem long if your not busy. You can have a bad month and only make hours.

Good fellow employees in the tech department. All get along well and never any drama with any employees.

There is one bad apple and unfortunately he’s the dispatcher of work . Uses his position of power and personal relationship he has with the main manager to harass act as an owner and do as he pleases , causes conflict and loss in profits . Rather you lose the company money so he stays the one with the last say . If not he’ll start sabotaging you and not let you speak to main manger and paint the image he wants of you for manager to see, to make it look as if your slacking not doing anything so he can eventually get you fired .so never speak up!!! Unless you want to loose your job. Flips what he says to what suits his mood in that moment . Never holds accountability for his mess ups and nit picks all the paperwork over irrelevant issues that he can easily handle and take care of but loves wasting your time and over loads you with work other departments should be doing . But if you value having a job here , suck it up and do not say anything because eventually you will get let go.
