Completely and utterly unprofessional members of staff, witnessed bullying and harassment, racism and homophobia. Some of these staff members were truly disgusting and should not have been in the job. The environment is toxic and rumours are constantly spread around by people. The training is old fashioned, the clients expectations are ridiculous salary wise but you are expected to work the jobs regardless. Really outdated IT systems also and poor IT support. If you don’t place quickly they don’t care about you even though the odds are stacked against you. No benefits to working this job either.
