People are great to work with and generally pull together to get things done
Kontras
Too much work, not enough people. Lot of redundancies and not replacing leavers. No strategy - the company is in a mess and not paying its bills - even salaries can be paid late. Expect staff to put in more effort, work longer hours etc for no reward. No pay rise for 5 years. Bonus based on country you live in, not whether you have earnt it.
