Communication is constant which can be hard to achieve in a remote team but it is top of mind for all teams, leaders and the co-founders. We celebrate wins every week and lessons learned with a positive mindset. There are no short of opportunities, new ideas and innovation that's welcomed with open arms. Team and company meetups are fun way to get to know your colleagues on another personal level. The employee health and wellness emphasis is an excellent benefit and tailored to what helps each individual do their best work.

Really nothing comes to mind. Every fast growing company works through growing pains and evolves as they go given the stage they are in. The leaders are very aware of the short term and long term growth goals and create clear alignment around them. As you like growing and adapting, it's all good.

GetAccept is truly one of the very best companies out there - everyone in this company is super helpful with a great mentality to help one another and reach the overall goal.
