Stressful to witness and bad for cooperation and morale Executive leadership's still beholden to not-so-smart board of directors due to farm mutual status Incredibly slow to change or modernize any part of the business (unless it's for rushed AI implementations) The WORST health insurance benefits I have ever had even while paying for the highest tier offered Personally witnessed regular harassment, yelling, and more by multiple managers and heard about plenty more incidents secondhand
