Toxic environment - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Geotech Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Was brought in saying id be doing field work. Supervisor i was under gatekept me under lab work for X quota. Most of lab group would speak another language with each other (HR violation on that). Oven used to dry out soil samples was also used for some food Supervisor also failed to turn in a vacation request i put in a month before in time and I was rejected. Confronting manager about it, was told that they didnt have anyone to cover. Didn't see how that was my fault and quit not long after some consideration (Trip had already been planned and it was too late)
