      Fruit baskette brought in so health eats in office.

      Kontras

      High turn over, limited retention of pilots, lack of experience COO and managment staff. Owner has no idea why training cost are so high. COO knows why cost are so high but know how to keep owner in the dark.

      Pros

      Loved the company they flew my in for the interview and had a car service waiting at ATL for me. friendliest people, super nice to work with. There's not a single Capt there you wouldnt mind spending a 8-10 day trip with. Great with benefits covered health 100% and have a 401K
