Upper management is weak, out of touch, and frankly, very unprofessional. Prior to being acquired by GPJ, the Austin office was a small event production company, and it shows. The management team of the old company, now running GPJ, is not equipped with the skills needed to be strong leaders under a major brand like George P Johnson. They just cannot comprehend the bigger picture.
