I worked at this “company” for a few years. It’s a sweat shop. No two ways about it. It’s repetitive work, for dirt pay, with unrealistic quotas, and an unsafe environment. Apart from the hostile management and the blatantly inappropriate lack of professionalism (see any other review)— the building and the job itself is a massive risk to your health. You will be working with cool and beautiful old materials, but with that comes the mold, asbestos, lead, and countless other toxins you’ll be exposed to on a daily basis. It’s inherent to the work. But while the *actual* industry leaders are compliant with regulations, acknowledge the risk up front, and actively ensure some semblance of protection for the health and well-being of their employees— George completely ignores it. This Fort Washington nobody has nothing but a completely self-inflated view of himself and his work. Frankly, he’ll be spending the rest of his days alone and miserable. It’ll be because he could never treat the people around him with the respect they deserve. If you’re a college grad looking to start a job in the recording industry or media work of any kind— this job can and will set you back exponentially. Go literally anywhere else. Don’t sacrifice your self worth. Take these reviews seriously.
