- terrible management - extremely low salary for the position compared to similar positions in the sector - a lot of useless hustle, pressure, and absolutely no work/life balance - it seems the office is in the prestigious centre of Paris but it is in the suburbs 1h train ride from Paris North station.. even worse if you have a car and you stay in the morning traffic to get to their office.. complete waste of time

- Geolean is taking advantage of inexperienced and vulnerable young graduates who are looking to make their way into consulting. - Even if the job description says "consultant", your daily work has nothing to do with consulting. - Zero team spirit, no one dares to say it out loud, but the whole system is based on oppression. - You are taught to obey, regardless of whether the daily task makes sense or not. - If you don't want to obey to their rules, they treat you as if you were not good enough and don't fit into the company. If you get to that point, don't question yourself - just leave! - In the management there are no real personalities, just robots who follow the orders.
