See list below - low pay for industry- you can get more pay and be less overworked elsewhere - mangers aren’t held accountable, I haven’t been given the opportunity to review mine yet, I’ll likely leave before HR even asks for a review - benefits are mediocre. No paid maternity leave. Only 6 therapist visits a year. And a health reimbursement of $20 a month is laughable. Their management and HR team is rotting the company from the inside out.
