Ad said $18-$22, offered me $16 Shorted all of my checks for OT and paid ZERO on my commissions, almost got away with it because of how they do payroll, refused to give me check stubs to cross reference. The owner "Dr." Dai (only recognized in China) uses his super nice and trusting demeanor to make you believe he's generous with his money "pays you well" on commissions and OT. Salary-all lies. He's a billionaire who own over 10 random companies and the only one he pays is himself. Works you like you're in a sweatshop. For real, he literally told me on Saturday's when I was the only one there, not to turn the A/C on that if I was hot I could sit in my car with it running and get out for patients arriving, he'll reimburse me for whatever gas is used up-didn't even pay me that $12. Entered incorrect claims on my W4 form-I owe taxes now, makes you ask every patient for cash, sometimes even sending them to an ATM to get it and come back. I worked 71-74 hours a week not including the work I took home and did each night. Would you like to know how many hours a week I was paid for? 45. Averaged $720 per week. Would you like to know what I would've been paid had they abused by federal labor laws? Over $1,300 per week. I was not allowed to take a lunch break but figured out after I quit that 30 minutes was still taken out every day. I had to take the work cell phone home with me and answer calls 24/7 including Sunday's or face the consequences of Bosong Dai needs to get ahold of you at any time. The only time I wasn't immediately available was when I used the restroom and even then half the time I'd get a text asking where I was. Don't be fooled by how nice Peshman and Bo Dai(owner) are at first and don't believe ANYTHING they tell you about pay!!! If you're desperate enough to still consider working here, get EVERYTHING in writing and a signed contract. I have sent them multiple requests with itemized, extremely detailed information on the work I performed and was not paid for, all unanswered. I quit October 5. My last paycheck was received on October 21, 2020 missing thousands of dollars in wages and having incorrect taxes taken. This will not be the first and I'm sure not the last face "Dr." Bosong Dai sees in Federal Court.
