Micromanagement culture, they performance manage everyone, it's very oppressive Every system and process there is bespoke, nothing they do or know is relevant anywhere else. Most senior staff and middle management have never worked anywhere else and have no idea what's normal in companies Zero recognition given. If it is it will be given to someone who did nothing to contribute. You will have to give an account for every 15 minutes of your time - because of this people will not help you if it will take longer than 15 minutes. Many instances of Project Managers or Business Analysts in their role for less than a year promoted to "Senior", and are impossible to work alongside.
