Genpact is really good company for freshers as well as experienced. Learning oriented, helps you work and understand the corporate environment very easily. Everyone is very cooperative and is a great start for your career. The interactive sessions were my favourite. The work environment is really fun. You will enjoy working for this company definitely. Bonus and salary is less.
Kontras
Management addresses the issue very slowly. Salary not good enough to sustain one in an expensive city like Delhi or Gurgaon. Apply as a fresher or experienced not as an apprentice. Work depends on different process. My process had a variation in work and it was too hectic sometimes and too easy sometimes. Career growth is a little slow too. Also everything apart from the work like cab food etc is charged not free.
