Terrible leaders who have no humanity are allowed to thrive if they generate revenue. Lots of back room deals internally which kill off new talent opportunities. HR wont address poor leadership that has significant negative impacts on people. Lots of misleading sales stories are fed up the management chain to get credit where it's not due. So much in fighting. No real talent to support sophisticated consulting opportunities.
