Good pay when they need you

Not steady work for hours

Lots of chatter amongst the BT’s and often comes with clique behavior or gossip… There are some nice people but expect to stay to yourself and only do small talk with coworkers.

Unorganized, lacking authority, no real guidance on how to perform this job. Hours are hit or miss… usually miss… Client can cancel less than 10 minutes from the start of the session and the BT’s get penalized with no substituted hours. BC’s only help when the kids are having behaviors other than that don’t expect help. Poor training and especially poor scheduling. The person who does scheduling is unorganized and will leave you with an hour gap between clients even with total hours working not equating an hour lunch. This center is filthy, roaches and bugs crawl around. The handbook has a policy about cleaning toys regularly but that NEVER happens… Supplies including sanitary ones (paper towels, gloves, sanitizing spray) are sometimes not even available… Given that we are required to change children you’d think basic things like gloves and wipes would be available. Wipes they claim are on the responsibility of the parent… Often we have to take wipes from another client just to maintain hygiene for a different client. 0/10 do not recommend working with this company
