The agency values work-life balance- prioritizes self-care, provides summer Fridays. It's a great place to grow professionally, there are plenty of training within the agency to learn about the different departments. Although remote, there are teams-days, happy hours, and agency-wide gatherings which is refreshing. The people are great everyone is friendly and welcoming, and with the agency being on the smaller side, everyone knows everyone.

Two of the worst managers I've ever had were at this company, and I attempted to escalate several times to no avail. was also expected to work late constantly - high turnover, like constantly. one of my team members was only at the agency for 3 months.
