One of the standout pros of working at Generation Citizen is the flexible work schedule including unlimited PTO and remote/hybrid work setups. I appreciate my team and the work I get to do with teachers. Civics Days are special and I love coaching. The CVP team is great.

The culture of the organization has taken a nosedive in the last couple of years. There is a lack of trust for management with good reason. Gossip culture. Favorites. Our mission gets lost because of poor communication and a national team with mean girl energy. No opportunities for career progression. Also Scott Warren isn't the CEO. Elizabeth Clay Roy is.
