One key issue was favoritism among upper management, which often led to inconsistent treatment and unequal opportunities for growth. Additionally, expectations were set extremely high, but without clear instructions, proper support, or structured guidance. There was a constant demand to "do more," yet tasks were often vague or lacking in direction, which made it difficult to meet those expectations effectively or confidently. A more structured and fair leadership approach would greatly benefit both employee morale and overall team performance
