This firm is the perfect mix of independent work with a collaborative culture. GCPC allows employees to have a lot of independence and responsibility, while working towards high expectations. Employees are not micro-managed, but there are many opportunities to learn and receive feedback on work. Employees are encouraging and kind, and everyone is willing to help one another. As a law clerk, I am entrusted with purposeful projects where I get to work with many attorneys. I have learned a lot at GCPC and see the opportunities for growth. Everyone at GCPC is supportive and encouraging, and it has been a great work experience.
