Great working environment with awesome team and director. Ownership and autonomy to planning career programs for the immersive students.
Kontras
Singapore doesn't seemed to be getting the fair amount of attention, manpower and resources needed even thought its one of the top performing offices globally. Every individual in the office is very stretched and trying best not to go off rails so that work will not snowball. It is definitely a nightmare when things get out of hand! No really clear career progression path / progression set in place.
