Good start to get your feet wet and something on a resume.

Micro-managing at its peak! There is a small group of Sales VP's who basically run the show and the politics are horrific. You're promised that if you do well you will move up (I had over my numbers in EVERY area for well over 2.5 years) but didn't move up. One of the highest VP's refuses to promote women unless he's attracted to and sleeping with them. The environment is hostile and makes you angry daily! If you NEED a job, its money but not even at a market standard. Looks good on a resume and the training is okay but after that RUN LIKE HECK!

Where to start? Poor leadership on all levels. A bunch of talk about quality and the customer but are happy pushing out inferior product and dealing with it later, but then blame all the workers (via no quarterly bonus due to impossible metrics they have little/ no control over) instead of correcting the workers responsible. They are SO CHEAP. Cheap in pay, cheap in providing what employees need in a timely manner or if ever, cheap in benefits, cheap all the way around. They want drones, not humans. Very high turnover rate. A lot of promises and little follow up. If you sign up for the annual company picnic and cant make it, they take money directly out of your check for each person signed up to go. Poor training. Reactive, not proactive.
