Pros
They offer multiple shifts to choose from to best fit your schedule.
Kontras
As a $2.73 billion company you'd sure think they'd kind of have their act together. However that is not the case at the Jefferson facility. The Production Managers do not care about improvement or the employees, specifically Supervisors. All they care about is being yes-men and making themselves shine. They favor the first shift teams, yet that shift is more dysfunctional than any other. They are constantly down for lack of materials because they don't track their inventory, they don't order or plan with accuracy. This facility specifically is horrendous and I can't understand how it's allowed to run this way. They thrive in chaos and even if you excel at something the production managers will find something to break you down about instead of offering any form of kudos. When the president of the company comes, everyone scrambles to "clean" things up so that a false representation is given to him instead of our true current state. There's zero training for supervisor's other than classroom garbage that is basic knowledge and may be best suited for those trying to reach leadership levels. Jefferson facility brings in great talent with great experience and suppresses it as for them to not outshine the current leadership. The sad part is, that the yes-men senior leadership is so far up there that no one above will ever see it and take action on it, and everyone below them is nauseated, frustrated and jumping ship. They waste more money on foolish garb than any place I've ever seen and it's shameful. To say this company is growing and thriving is pitiful when you see and consider the millions they waste at the Jefferson facility alone. The management is super wishy washy and make decisions based on where th sun is located in the sky, apparently. I don't know or understand how senior management at the corporate office is so oblivious to how much of a waste the Jefferson facility is
