Class segregation based on position and income. Incompetent upper management, they do not care about their people at all, just a sales/marketing/recruiting tool. Segregation of employees - implementation of parking areas, this was done so the VPs and executives can park their Porches, Mercedes and BMWs in the front of offices, even if you get in at 5:00am you have to park in your area and walk in the rain & snow, but the VPs rolling in at 9:00am park in front of the glass door entrance.
