- the change-up resulted in cleaning up the company of a huge tension in leadership and a getting rid of the non-transparent waterfall structure - fulfilling work that focuses on providing value to the player in short focused iterations - even though we're owned by a huge corporation, we so far maintain an independent flat hierarchy and a direct approach - highly experienced and motivated team (salary, hardware and team values, we are all gamers) - fresh daily fruits+veggies+bread and a nice kitchen lady who prepares them
