Pros

The management team will leave you be to do your job. There is support, but that support is other staff members, not anyone in Management who can change things.

Kontras

No pay rises, in over 18 months. More and more responsibility with no pay increase. Upper management seem to be absent on the issues that the company is facing at the customer service level.

- Work from home? - Pay is slightly above average.

Kontras

- understaffed so you get bombarded by calls 24/7 - awful customers as the service sucks - management is probably the worst I have ever experienced at any job ever - 3/4 of the employees are incompetent with no accountability - they force you to take your breaks at specific times and if you don't go at that exact time they will make you feel awful and like you have killed someone. - lots and lots of favouritism of staff. - Rostering is terrible - The cons are honestly endless, I would not ever bother working here - They will allow you to do some work in a different area to give you some hope you might be able to move up in the company and then they will give it to someone else who has no experience.
