Great Place too work! - Office Work bei Gauthier Biomedical: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This year Gauthier Biomedical started giving bonuses to employees which was a nice surprise. Shift hours are convenient, so I can pick up my kids at school on time. It’s nice that they are willing to work with employees. Overtime is always available and optional. It’s a good clean manufacturing company.

People usually have something to complain about, but this job is good. There are plenty of opportunities if you want them.

Most production staff were nice and happy to answer questions and help you learn, even outside my department. The quality department was a chill place to work but it gets dull quickly.

Lax practices in quality and there seemed to be a lack of care among the engineers. Pay wasn't amazing and I should have asked for more at the interview.
