I work as a remote employee for Gatekeeper. I am a recent hire. I thoroughly enjoyed the first 90 days as there was constant communication and support from the HR team as well as the team I work with. Ashlee checked in with me personally at 30,60,and 90 days as well as a few times in between to make sure I did not have any questions about my benefit elections. The team I am a part of speaks often and sometimes even makes it feel like we are in an office right next to each other instead of many states away.

I felt the hiring process was a bit longer than I would have preferred however it all worked out. I am glad that they take their time to make sure they are choosing the right person for the position instead of hiring quickly.
