By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
