1. RTO 5 days. When I first joined the company two years ago, we fully worked remotely. I missed that. I don't have time cooking now. 2. Pay is okay, not competitive in the market 3. At time, I wanna optimize our SOP, but I feel it's hard to push in cause IT team is really busy.
