I enjoyed the opportunities for career advancement and the time and money they invested for training. There were plenty of resources made available for self improvement and often a job well done was recogonized.
Kontras
Unfortunately I was affected by the first round of lay offs the company had back in 2008. I must say the company completely lacked transparency during this stressful time for the employees. They did not share any information about the company reorganization until 2 months prior to lay offs.
