Focus on innovation and agile development in the recent years is great.

Kontras

every 2/3 years senior management changes and several people get impacted. this is counter productive and against the investment i people. Speak out and encourage and other principles dont mean much if you are not going to listen to individuals.

Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
