- Its' not all rosy, there are without doubt challenges, inconsistency in leadership capabilities throughout the teams & of course room for improvement - Long working hours - Compensation doesn't appear to move with the market - Too much change - change fatigue is very evident throughout the centre although this is improving - Consistently changing strategy driven by head office, which seems to be at odds with the centre's values & original ambitions.
